On laisse alors tomber les bras de c\u00f4t\u00e9 deux fois avant d\u2019enchainer en r\u00e9p\u00e9tant la proc\u00e9dure de l\u2019autre c\u00f4t\u00e9.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>2<\/strong> \u2013 Balancer un bras au-dessus de la t\u00eate en ex\u00e9cutant, \u00e0 partir du centre, un mouvement lat\u00e9ral l\u00e9ger. Ramener le bras \u00e0 mi-chemin, au-dessus de la t\u00eate, pour effectuer le deuxi\u00e8me mouvement.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>3<\/strong> \u2013 Plier le torse \u00e0 partir du centre et balancer les bras deux fois entre les jambes, en regardant vers le sol, puis enchainer en se penchant vers l\u2019arri\u00e8re et en balan\u00e7ant les bras deux fois, en regardant vers le haut.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>4<\/strong> \u2013 Tourner le torse vers la gauche jusqu\u2019au point naturel d\u2019arr\u00eat et laisser continuer le bras pli\u00e9 sur le c\u00f4t\u00e9, jusqu\u2019\u00e0 son point naturel d\u2019arr\u00eat. Les mains demeurent dans le champ de vision en tout temps. Sur le compte suivant, ramener le bras \u00e0 mi-chemin devant soi, puis revenir. Une d\u2019elles est pli\u00e9e et prend appui principalement sur la partie avant de la plante du pied, alors que l\u2019autre est maintenue droite et prend appui sur le talon. Il abaisse le torse vers l\u2019avant, au niveau du centre, deux fois de suite, avant de changer de c\u00f4t\u00e9.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Les \u00e9paules demeurent toujours dans le m\u00eame axe, soit vers l\u2019avant. Lors du changement de c\u00f4t\u00e9, seule la partie du corps situ\u00e9e en bas de la ceinture se met en mouvement. L\u2019exercice produit ainsi un \u00e9tirement dans la r\u00e9gion lombaire associ\u00e9e au nerf sciatique.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>10<\/strong> \u2013 Cet exercice martial et les deux suivants (Ude-mawashi Waza) comptent parmi les plus importants de la pratique de l\u2019A\u00efkido. Selon le dire de <em>Sensei<\/em>, ils doivent \u00eatre ex\u00e9cut\u00e9s plus de 10 000 fois de la bonne fa\u00e7on afin d\u2019\u00eatre correctement maitris\u00e9s.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Il s\u2019agit de laisser tomber le bras en pleine extension naturelle, tel qu\u2019expliqu\u00e9 \u00e0 la section\u00a0IV.4\u00a0: \u00ab Diffuser le<em> Ki <\/em>universel en maintenant une attitude positive \u00bb (p. 109). Pour commencer la premi\u00e8re s\u00e9rie, le pratiquant l\u00e8ve le bras gauche en l\u2019air avec la main ouverte. Apr\u00e8s le compte, il laisse tomber le bras directement en avant de lui, vers le sol, en le maintenant libre de toute tension.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Si c\u2019est le cas, le bras va subir les effets de l\u2019acc\u00e9l\u00e9ration des corps en chute libre au rythme d\u2019environ 9,8\u00a0m\/s<sup>2<\/sup>, ce qui signifie que la vitesse de chute du bras va atteindre son paroxysme en arrivant en bas.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Le momemtum ainsi cr\u00e9\u00e9 est r\u00e9cup\u00e9r\u00e9 pour continuer son retour vers le haut tout en d\u00e9crivant une course elliptique, tel qu\u2019illustr\u00e9. Il ne s\u2019agit pas d\u2019une rotation du bras, et ce dernier demeure en tout temps dans le champ de vision du pratiquant sinon la coordination corps \u2013 esprit en sera rompue.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Lorsque le bras remonte, sa vitesse d\u00e9c\u00e9l\u00e8re progressivement et naturellement. Lorsque le bras sera revenu au point de d\u00e9part, sa vitesse sera alors \u00e9gale \u00e0 z\u00e9ro. On ex\u00e9cute quatre mouvements complets d\u2019un m\u00eame c\u00f4t\u00e9, puis on enchaine de l\u2019autre.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>11<\/strong> \u2013 Respectant les r\u00e8gles \u00e9nonc\u00e9es \u00e0 l\u2019exercice pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent, on ex\u00e9cute quatre mouvements, mais \u00e0 deux bras en m\u00eame temps. On ne doit donc pas lutter contre l\u2019\u00e9v\u00e8nement, mais plut\u00f4t l\u2019accepter et accueillir la chute en respectant la direction de l\u2019\u00e9nergie qui nous est transmise.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Plus on s\u2019harmonise avec la direction du<em> Ki <\/em>et moins l\u2019impact de la chute est grand.
