Le syst\u00e8me sympathique est celui qui doit \u00eatre activ\u00e9 pour fonctionner durant la journ\u00e9e alors que le syst\u00e8me parasympathique op\u00e8re ses fonctions durant la nuit.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Durant la derni\u00e8re ann\u00e9e, en raison des variations \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques intenses en provenance du cosmos, de l\u2019augmentation de la fr\u00e9quence vibratoire de Ga\u00efa et de l\u2019actualisation de processus d\u2019ascension des humains, les syst\u00e8mes sympathique et parasympathique fonctionnent parfois \u00e0 contresens. R\u00e9sultat\u00a0: insomnie entre 3\u00a0h et 5\u00a0h, fatigue au r\u00e9veil et l\u2019envie de dormir l\u2019apr\u00e8s-midi.
