Vous pourrez laisser reposer les mains sur l\u2019int\u00e9rieur des cuisses apr\u00e8s une minute, tout en maintenant la sensation que produit ce fabuleux geste.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Apr\u00e8s quelques minutes, lorsque votre m\u00e9ditation sera profonde, rejoignez mentalement le groupe du Dojo. Le groupe fera partie de vous-m\u00eame. Saluez les participants, puis commandez l\u2019augmentation de votre propre fr\u00e9quence vibratoire.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Vous avez la capacit\u00e9 et les ressources, de par votre volont\u00e9, votre Ki, de commander l\u2019harmonisation de soi avec la nature.
