Aussi, on doit manger suffisamment, car la privation indique au corps une situation de disette et il passe alors en mode de stockage de graisses.<\/p>\r\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ainsi, il est \u00e0-propos de prendre des encas durant la journ\u00e9e pour maintenir le corps en situation de consommation d\u2019\u00e9nergie permanente. Pour favoriser la sant\u00e9, on doit manger de mani\u00e8re \u00e9quilibr\u00e9e. Cela permet de maintenir un poids sant\u00e9. Pour y arriver, on doit \u00e9viter de consommer les cinq aliments suivants:<\/p>\r\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: bold;\"><b>Les jus faits de concentr\u00e9<\/b>, et aussi les sodas et aliments transform\u00e9s \u00e0 forte teneur en sucre qui ont pour effet d\u2019augmenter rapidement la glyc\u00e9mie, et par voie de cons\u00e9quence le taux d\u2019insuline, soit l\u2019hormone qui favorise le stockage des graisses;<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\r\n<li><b>La margarine<\/b>, et autre aliment \u00e0 forte teneur en graisses hydrog\u00e9n\u00e9es (gras trans) qui ont pour effet d\u2019augmenter le mauvais cholest\u00e9rol et de d\u00e9truire le bon cholest\u00e9rol;<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\r\n<li><b>Le pain complet<\/b>, et autres aliments dits de \u00ab\u00a0r\u00e9confort\u00a0\u00bb comme les p\u00e2tes, pizzas, g\u00e2teaux, et sucreries, soit des aliments comportant des glucides \u00e0 forte teneur en graisses et qui sont consomm\u00e9s sans un apport prot\u00e9inique suffisant pour \u00e9quilibrer l\u2019apport en sucre;<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\r\n<li><b>Le soja transform\u00e9<\/b>, comme le lait et le fromage de soja (le tofu)\u00a0: C\u2019est la transformation elle-m\u00eame de ces aliments, provenant principalement d\u2019organismes g\u00e9n\u00e9tiquement modifi\u00e9s (OGM), qui est \u00e0 l\u2019origine de nombreux troubles pour la sant\u00e9 des humains en cr\u00e9ant des d\u00e9s\u00e9quilibres nutritionnels et hormonaux;<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\r\n<li><b>Le ma\u00efs modifi\u00e9 g\u00e9n\u00e9tiquement<\/b>, et les aliments qui en contiennent. Cette famille d\u2019aliments est l\u2019une cause de l\u2019ob\u00e9sit\u00e9 et est associ\u00e9e \u00e0 bien d\u2019autres probl\u00e8mes de sant\u00e9. Ces aliments pauvres en nutriment stimulent la production de ghr\u00e9line, l\u2019hormone responsable de la stimulation de l\u2019app\u00e9tit. C\u2019est pourquoi quelque 30 minutes apr\u00e8s un repas nous pouvons parfois ressentir de nouveau la faim.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">En faisant de l\u2019exercice r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement, le corps produit davantage d\u2019adiponectine, une hormone responsable de bruler les graisses du corps. Plus on est s\u00e9dentaire et moins le corps produit de cette hormone. Le th\u00e9 vert accroit le taux d\u2019adiponectine et agit comme un antiinflammatoire apaisant le gonflement associ\u00e9 au surpoids.<\/p>\r\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Le stress \u00e9motionnel fait s\u00e9cr\u00e9ter par le corps une hormone, le cortisol qui fait augmenter le taux d\u2019adr\u00e9naline, mais aussi, l\u2019app\u00e9tit et l\u2019envie de sucre. Le contr\u00f4le de soi par la coordination corps \u2013 esprit et les techniques apparent\u00e9es comme la m\u00e9ditation et la respiration avec Ki, permettent de rem\u00e9dier \u00e0 ce pi\u00e8ge d\u2019ordre mental.<\/p>\r\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Et un grand sage dit\u00a0: <i>\u00ab\u00a0<\/i><i>la Voie du milieu est sans doute la meilleure option&#8230;\u00a0<\/i><em>Mais, si tu dois manger de la viande, id\u00e9alement tu connaitrais l\u2019animal par son nom. La qualit\u00e9 d\u2019un produit de terroir sera toujours sup\u00e9rieure \u00e0 celle d\u2019une production de masse. Si tu dois manger de la viande, assure-toi au moins qu\u2019il ne s\u2019agisse pas d\u2019un porc maltrait\u00e9, d\u2019une vache enrag\u00e9e ou d\u2019un poulet hypertrophi\u00e9. <\/em><\/p>\r\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>Tu deviendras l\u2019\u00e9motion de ce que tu mangeras. Alors, prends garde! Et quoi que ce soit que tu manges, fais-le en jouissant, \u00e0 100 % dans le moment pr\u00e9sent et exprime toute ta gratitude \u00e0 l\u2019Univers. Ainsi, la nourriture alimentera ton corps aussi bien que ton esprit.
