Les membres de notre Dojo ont \u00e9valu\u00e9, au fil du temps, de nombreuses techniques, <em>Mudras<\/em>, <em>Mantras, postures (martiales ou non)<\/em> et positions m\u00e9ditatives.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Bas\u00e9 sur une mesure tr\u00e8s objective, soit la capacit\u00e9 d&rsquo;une personne \u00e0 maintenir la coordination corps &#8211; esprit, il appert que plus de 80% des pratiques spirituelles actuelles circulant dans notre soci\u00e9t\u00e9 sont erron\u00e9es, et m\u00eame tr\u00e8s nuisibles. \u00c0 l&rsquo;instar des religions, ces pratiques cr\u00e9ent des illusions de bien-\u00eatre qui permettent de contr\u00f4ler les pratiquants. L&rsquo;objectif : les $$$&#8230;<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center;\"><em><strong>Alors, attention aux pratiques erron\u00e9es !<\/strong><\/em><\/h3>\n<hr \/>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>&#8230; Une technique populaire de m\u00e9ditation ex\u00e9cut\u00e9e dans la position Agura\u00a0fait appel \u00e0 une Mudra qui consiste \u00e0 joindre le majeur et le pouce, de chacune des mains, puis \u00e0 les laisser reposer sur les cuisses, de chaque c\u00f4t\u00e9 du corps. Dans notre soci\u00e9t\u00e9, cette Mudra exotique est mercantilis\u00e9e de diverses fa\u00e7ons et on l\u2019associe \u00e0 la z\u00e9nitude et \u00e0 la m\u00e9ditation.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>J\u2019ai eu l\u2019occasion de tester la stabilit\u00e9 physique de nombreux pratiquants ex\u00e9cutant cette Mudra et ses variantes, dans leur m\u00e9ditation, et le r\u00e9sultat s\u2019av\u00e8re toujours le m\u00eame\u00a0: soit une absence de coordination corps \u2013 esprit. Ceci est caus\u00e9 par une gestuelle active dirig\u00e9e dans plus d\u2019une direction. Malheureusement, de telles pratiques erron\u00e9es peuvent conduire \u00e0 des cons\u00e9quences catastrophiques sur la sant\u00e9 physique et mentale d\u2019un individu.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>En effet, les individus croyant s\u2019am\u00e9liorer en se livrant \u00e0 de telles pratiques interrompent le flux de Ki ou d\u2019\u00e9nergie vitale au lieu de le renouveler. Dans une autre perspective, ils limitent leur conscience au lieu de l\u2019\u00e9largir&#8230;\u00a0<\/em> Tir\u00e9 du livre \u00ab\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/jrfortin.com\/jrf\/ouvrages-litteraires-de-jean-rock-fortin-sur-le-ki-laikido-et-la-coordination-corps-esprit\/\">Ki &#8211; LE CHEMIN DE L&rsquo;\u00c9VEIL<\/a><\/strong>\u00ab\u00a0, p. 222.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Autre exemple : <em>Seiza<\/em> est la position traditionnelle japonaise consistant \u00e0 s\u2019agenouiller sur le sol en pliant les jambes en dessous des cuisses, tout en reposant les fesses sur les talons. Les chevilles sont tourn\u00e9es vers l\u2019ext\u00e9rieur du corps dans une forme en \u00ab V \u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Le dessus des pieds se retrouve \u00e0 plat sur le sol et les gros orteils se croisent ou se touchent. Par ce rituel, on cherche \u00e0 atteindre l\u2019objet de la m\u00e9ditation, soit une forme de vacuit\u00e9, c\u2019est-\u00e0-dire l\u2019\u00e9tat par lequel le mental ne s\u00e8me aucune distorsion entre le Soi\u00a0(l\u2019\u00eatre spirituel ou l\u2019\u00eatre v\u00e9ritable) et la conscience.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>Il existe une infinit\u00e9 de Mantras\u00a0et la seule fa\u00e7on d\u2019en v\u00e9rifier l\u2019authenticit\u00e9 ou l\u2019efficacit\u00e9 c\u2019est de se livrer \u00e0 des tests de coordination corps \u2013 esprit, c\u2019est-\u00e0-dire \u00e0 des tests de stabilit\u00e9 physique sur une personne en train de les r\u00e9citer. Si vous vous livrez \u00e0 un tel exercice, vous serez surpris de constater la faiblesse de telles pratiques.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>Par exemple, un Mantra tr\u00e8s c\u00e9l\u00e8bre, le \u00ab\u00a0Om\u00a0\u00bb (ou\u00a0: \u00ab\u00a0Aum\u00a0\u00bb\u00a0une syllabe repr\u00e9sentant le son originel, primordial, \u00e0 partir duquel l&rsquo;Univers se serait structur\u00e9), ne permet pas d\u2019embl\u00e9e, pour un pratiquant, de maintenir la coordination corps \u2013 esprit.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>Le dilemme associ\u00e9 aux Mantras c\u2019est qu\u2019ils peuvent insuffler au subconscient\u00a0de l\u2019information st\u00e9rile et nuisible tout en maintenant un \u00e9tat de non-coordination, ce qui emp\u00eache l\u2019\u00e9l\u00e9vation de la conscience.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>Dans un autre ordre d\u2019id\u00e9es, des techniques martiales visant \u00e0 contr\u00f4ler physiquement une autre personne impliquent parfois de produire un mouvement d\u2019\u00e9nergie dans une autre direction ou de \u00abrediriger\u00bb, par la pens\u00e9e, le flux de Ki de l\u2019adversaire. Ces processus intangibles fonctionnent admirablement bien lorsque maitris\u00e9s. Ainsi, des principes \u00e0 caract\u00e8re spirituel, souvent cr\u00e9dibilis\u00e9s par une mise en march\u00e9 ad\u00e9quate ou par le respect de traditions bien ancr\u00e9es, peuvent arriver \u00e0 manipuler de la m\u00eame mani\u00e8re, la pens\u00e9e d\u2019autrui.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>Depuis des temps imm\u00e9moriaux, de nombreuses sectes, religions officielles et organisations fondamentalistes utilisent cette m\u00e9canique en exploitant all\u00e8grement l\u2019illusion afin de pi\u00e9ger, sur le plan spirituel, un grand nombre d\u2019individus.
